SESSION AMERICAN PALE ALE

California is the driving force behind our Session American Pale Ale, and like the West Coast of the U.S.A, everything is larger than life in this beer. Inspired by pretty much everywhere in The Golden State, Californication’s tropical nose is a molotov cocktail of grapefruit and apricot, which along with pine notes, gives this APA a complex, refreshing, medium body. Afternotes of lime zest, and a full-range of citrus fruits give this beer a long, bitter, mouth-coating finish.

The second lager in our lineup is the first ever organic lager to be brewed in Lithuania. It also fits in perfectly with our credentials as a green business. Easy drinking and light in fizz, the Genys Brewing Co. Organic Lager will take the edge off it on any summer day. Its dry, citrus flavours and grassy bitterness ensure that it sits well alongside most dishes or alone as a refreshing treat.

Layers of hops scream ‘free-dom’ from the off, as deep aromas of zingy orange peel, grapefruit, and pine resin come together to give Two Liberties a full, well-balanced bitterness, which makes it perfectly comfortable alongside heavy, winter pub grub and fine dining alike. This beer finishes with a medium-long, slightly malted yet firm finish.

Summer Night Adventure’s juicy, hazy, body is reminiscent of the NEIPA, but our pioneering BPA boasts its own unique Lithuanian twist thanks to the addition of locally sourced bilberries, which provide this beer with a vibrant, purple hue, and a subtle fruitiness to counter its mildly bitter flavour.

As befits the Gose, in addition to the usual ingredients for beer with natural raspberries and rhubarb, you will find a pinch of salt. Yes, the pleasant acidity of raspberries and rhubarb here is balanced by a light saltiness. It may seem a bit unexpected at first sip but very soon its presence starts to make perfect sense.

Our Baltic IPA has been brewed in collaboration with our neighbours from the Labietis brewery in Latvia. This beer is characterized by its delicate hoppy bitterness and aromatic herbal taste, which comes from the Marsh Labrador Tea we added during the brewing process. The result is a hazy, foresty brew packed with delicate floral and fir flavours.

Sour ale is one of the world’s oldest beer styles whose origins can be traced back to the 16th century. This easy-drinking beer has been brewed in collaboration with Italy’s Birra Dell’Eremo brewery. Our Italian friends have infused this summer beer with sweet, natural, peach juice to counter the style’s natural sourness, whilst the addition of bergamot orange gives this beer a thoroughly modern classic twist thanks to the fruit’s distinctive Earl Grey tea-esque flavours and fragrances.

HERBAL BALTIC INDIA PALE ALE

Our Baltic IPA has been brewed in collaboration with our neighbours from the Labietis brewery in Latvia. This beer is characterized by its delicate hoppy bitterness and aromatic herbal taste, which comes from the Marsh Labrador Tea we added during the brewing process. The result is a hazy, foresty brew packed with delicate floral and fir flavours.

This beer type dictates sweetness, but the pleasant acidity of the natural lemons and oranges balances out that sweetness. It is like a sponge cake with orange and lemon souffle.

This is another fruit of the joint labor with our friends from abroad. This time, it is a dark and velvety Imperial stout with icy mint, a dash of cocoa and a much stronger character. Together with the Estonian Lehe Brewery, we created a rich and intense tasting beer with a chilling touch of Baltic nature. The strong aroma of locally harvested icy mint goes very well with dark malts and the pleasant bitterness of dark chocolate. The beer is thick and sweet, but not obtrusive at all, like a luxurious dessert made to be enjoyed slowly.

A base brew made from Vero Café’s single-origin espresso beans ensures that this beer is packed with bright, velvety notes of strong, high-quality coffee. This one’s for those who enjoy their beers big, fruity, and daring!

We brewed this beer with our mates from the Kingpin Brewery in Poznań, Poland, and as history has shown us, when Lithuania and Poland do something together, the outcome is pretty great.

Heavy notes of smokiness, malted barley, rye-bread, and whiskey, are countered by elegant tastes of dark fruit and coffee beans, making this complex and full-bodied beer a great supporting act to rich red meat dishes, with heavy, dark sauces. This porter’s dry and bitter finish is packed with tastes of dark chocolate and notes of grass. It is also brewed with peated barley, which contributes heavily to its deep, earthy taste.

Following a three-month maturation period in Laphroaig whisky barrels, this inky smoke bomb unites the muscular, peaty flavours you would expect from an Islay whisky, with the smoky, thick body of a classic Imperial Baltic Porter. Carefully selected roasted malts also enhance this centuries old style’s characteristic smokiness. On the finish, the peaty, sweet vanilla flavours from the whisky barrels dance playfully around the mouth. Laphroaig is a whisky to be respected. This beer should be, too.

Packed from top to bottom with fruity, roasty character, our second whiskey barrel-aged beer is an artful balancing act between the classic bourbon flavours of oak, vanilla, and caramel, and the big, smoky nature of the Baltic Porter. The raspberry tartness cuts through this beer’s big, roasted malt flavours to create a smooth finish, which toys playfully with the sweet notes from the bourbon barrels. Following a three-month maturation period in Laphroaig whisky barrels, this inky smoke bomb unites the muscular, peaty flavours you would expect from an Islay whisky, with the smoky, thick body of a classic Imperial Baltic Porter. Carefully selected roasted malts also enhance this centuries old style’s characteristic smokiness. On the finish, the peaty, sweet vanilla flavours from the whisky barrels dance playfully around the mouth. Laphroaig is a whisky to be respected. This beer should be, too.

The raspberry tartness cuts through this beer’s big, roasted malt flavours to create a smooth finish, which toys playfully with the sweet notes from the bourbon barrels. IMPERIAL BRETT SAISON

More than two years ago, we brewed a robust and expressive beer with wild Brettanomyces yeast. After the fermentation processes were done, we put it in oak barrels with a rich history. This is how a cosmopolitan beer was born: Belgian style, wild yeast and American oak. It is not surprising that Saison is still quite rare variety of beer. We had to put in a lot of effort and wait for two whole years for it to turn from a rough teenager into a subtle aristocrat. Although the yeast is cultured, it retains much of its wild character and the acidity typical of wild yeast. However, the years in the oak prison have taken their toll: the taste has become soft, velvety, full of dried fruit, exotic spice undertones, and a bit further, you can sense – quite unobtrusively – the traces of smoky whiskey that has been in the oak prison before. Each sip is filled with new discoveries and previously unseen combinations of luxurious flavors.
